SHIPPING - We ship your order by USPS Priority Mail throughout the USA, US Territories and (APO/FPO Military Addresses). We DO NOT ship to other countries.
Shipping charge is a flat $4.60 per order for orders under $50. Shipping charge includes a USPS 'Delivery Confirmation' label. Shipping is FREE on orders of $50 and up! There is NO 'handling charge' or any other hidden charge.
Products will be shipped within 24 hrs. of receiving your order (Mon.-Fri. and on Sat. until 10am Pacific time), except USPS holidays. 98% of all orders are shipped the same day and are usually received in 2-3 days!
You are responsible for giving us a correct mailing address. If an order is returned because of a "bad" or "wrong" shipping address, you will not be refunded the shipping charge. Once the Delivery Confirmation label has been scanned by your Post Office as being delivered, we are NOT responsible for your package. If you do not receive your order, you can call us (1-888-231-3426) and we will give you the Delivery Confirmation number to take to your Post Office. We'll do our best to help you find your package.
If you get a an order and products are missing from it you will have to contact us so we can duplicate the order for purposes of checking the weight. Packages are weighed before putting the postage on them, this info is kept in our Stamps.com log. If the weight shows correct you will have to get your Post Office to confirm the package had been opened before it was delivered to you to receive replacements or a refund.

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - If you are not satisfied with the
performance of our products, please let us know so that we can issue you a refund OR
replacement, your choice! The refund (upon return of all products to us) will
consist of the purchase price AND the "original" shipping cost of $4.60! You MUST
Call or Email First for a RMA # BEFORE sending any product back to us (Return info
below).
New 'compatible' cartridges are guaranteed for one full year from the date of purchase.
'Refill Ink Kits' are also guaranteed for one full year from date of purchase.
'Remanufactured' cartridges are guaranteed for six months from the date of purchase. Laser
toner cartridges, fax ribbons and any other products are also backed by our 'Satisfaction
Guarantee'.
JetPak Mailers - MaxPatch Ink does not accept opened mailers, used mailers, or
certificates of return mailers for unserviceable cartridges as returns. Mailers are not
returnable if they are not returned in the condition they were received (i.e., plastic
wraper is torn open). We do accept unused mailers as returns.
Epson printer cleaning solution kits are NOT guaranteed! While this product will effectively
clean clogged print heads, we have no way of knowing what the non-print problem is (it may be
a faulty printhead or some other electronic/hardware problem.
We will try our best, within reason, to accommodate you! If YOU order the wrong cartridge
or refill ink kit, we will exchange it for the correct one upon receipt of the unopened
cartridge, with price adjustment as needed. If you ordered the wrong product, you will be
charged shipping for the correct replacements to be sent and you will reponsible for
shipping the original ordered products back to us. If WE send you the wrong product, we
will bear the shipping cost.
Unused and 'resalable' portions of 'refill ink kits' will be adjusted according to the
useable portion returned. In ALL cases, we must have receipt of the product/s before an
exchange or refund is issued. You may return products via "regular" postal mail.
Products found to be damaged or altered in any way from their original condition will not be
replaced nor will a refund be made for them.
RETURNING PRODUCTS - Returns of unused merchandise
in "resalable" condition will be accepted with NO charge for a period of 90 days
from shipping. New 'compatible', and 'remanufactured' cartridges that are returned must have
at least 75% ink remaining! We weigh them vs. full cartridge weight. Returned cartridges found
to be less than 75% full will have a 'proportional' charge applied towards the refund.
Cartridge must have at least 40% ink left in it for a proportional refund.
If you would like to return a product and receive a replacement or refund, please email us
at: ink@maxpatch.com and put "Request RMA" in the "subject" line of
the email. In the "body" of the email, request a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA#) for the return. Include your full name (name you ordered
with), invoice number, and product you would like to be replaced (or receive refund) for
reference. ONLY returns with a valid RMA # will be accepted.
For fastest service please use email for all correspondence. Contacting us by phone will
only delay the processing of your return or request (We'll have to look up your info while
you're on the phone, which might take a while). You can, of course, call us toll-free:
1-888-231-3426. ** You will be given complete address, shipping and labeling instructions
at the time you are issued the RMA #.
The RMA# MUST be clearly written on the outside of the returned package.
Only returns with a valid RMA# will be accepted.
This RMA# will be used to track your replacement product or refund, whichever is requested.
RMAs are valid for twenty (20) calendar days from the date of issuance. MaxPatch
Ink will REFUSE delivery of any boxes WITHOUT a valid, clearly visible RMA number as noted
above.
Return the product in the original product packaging and include a copy of the invoice with your
return, if possible. Wrap any opened cartridges that you will be returning
in an airtight bag to prevent residual ink from possibly leaking. A plastic zip-lock type
bag will work just fine for this. Ship your return by USPS (US Postal Service) first class
mail to the company address on your original invoice. Note: You can put the returned product(s)
in an appropriately sized padded-type mailer if you'd like.

SECURITY - All of your credit
card information placed on our SECURE (SSL) shopping cart form on our server, is Certified by ControlScan.com.
From there it is sent Encrypted and Securely to our credit card processor, Sage Payment Solutions.
** It is sent this way, for example, when you have your card swiped through a credit card terminal
at stores and restaurants. ** Your credit card information is NOT stored on our server!
PAYMENTS/ORDERING - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover cards, bank Debit Cards too. This is done through our SECURE credit card processor, Sage Payment Solutions.
Note: Your credit card will NOT be charged until your order is shipped.
Nevada residents will be charged 7.375% sales tax.

We also accept Purchase Orders (P.O.)
from schools, non-profit organizations and government agencies (local, state and federal).
